What is contract fragrance bottle filling?
Contract fragrance bottle filling is a service in which we fill your fragrance products into bottles you provide or that we source on your behalf. We manage the filling, packaging, and quality control, allowing you to focus on your brand and bringing your products to market.
What types of fragrance products do you fill?
We fill a variety of liquid fragrance products, including essential oils, home fragrance diffuser liquids, room sprays, and cleaners.
What bottle sizes can you accommodate?
Our automated and semi-automated production lines handle sizes ranging from 3ml discovery vials to 250ml bottles.
Do you provide the bottles and packaging?
Yes. We can source components for you or use components that you have already purchased.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard production MOQ begins at 2,500 units per SKU, with flexible pilot batch runs available for market validation and sampling initiatives.
How long does production take?
Standard filling and assembly lead time is typically 1-2 months. We fill between 2,500-8,000 bottles a day.
Are your facilities certified?
We are UL certified. We are currently exempt from FDA facility registration requirements; however, customers may identify us as the cosmetic processor in their FDA product listings. All filling equipment is thoroughly sanitized before and after the production of perfumes and colognes.
Can you help with fragrance development?
We have relationships with several fragrance houses that can support fragrance development; however, we do not have in-house fragrance development capabilities.
Where are your facilities located?
We have three locations: two in the United States—Austin, Texas, and Mason City, Iowa—and one in Mexico, located in Hidalgo.
Do you fill any other materials like lotions or powders?
We currently fill liquids only. For large-scale, long-term, we can evaluate the equipment and capabilities needed to meet your requirements.
