Central Texas
LOVA opened its Austin, Texas, facility in 2015 as a small bottle-filling operation and has since expanded to support larger businesses and a broader range of manufacturing needs. The facility can fill bottles with synthetic fragrances and essential oils, formulate and test new fragrances, and label or etch fragrance bottles.
The Texas operation also provides product packing and logistics, supported by more than 9,000 square feet of storage space for packaging, storing, and shipping products to retailers and customers nationwide.
Northern Iowa
LOVA’s Mason City, Iowa, facility began in 2008 with a few used plastic injection presses and manual assembly lines. It has since expanded to include two plastic injection presses, four semi-automated assembly lines, two bottle-filling lines, a testing laboratory, tool maintenance, and warehousing.
The facility can also provide fragrance formulation and unique decorating options for plastic and glass products. In 2022, the Mason City operation expanded its sustainability initiatives with a 576-panel solar array and energy-saving LED lighting system.
